Step 1 - Enquiry and Assessment
Once we receive your homecare enquiry, we will discuss your specific care requirements with you and get to know your preferences and care needs. We will book for a visual assessment and will provide information on the services that are available for you, as well as an outline of costs.
Step 2 - Careplan and introduction of staff
We will finalise your care plan with you and your family, making sure that we will meet the requirements of your care needs. We will identify suitable Professional Care Worker to support you and arrange for you to meet them.
Step 3 - Commencement and Review
Once you are happy with the care package that we will offer you, we will then commence with our service. A review meeting will conducted after two weeks to ensure that all of your love one’s care needs are met by the Professional Care Worker/s.
