Our care staff are our greatest asset as they help us to achieve our company goals and meet the needs of our service users. We only recruit the right calibre of applicants who has the appropriate skills and work ethics to deliver our company objectives.
All our care workers are employed directly and will have been selected, interviewed and reference checked. Our staff are required to have an enhanced DBS check before joining and this is automatically flagged in our system every three years therein.
Each of our care staff completes a comprehensive training course when they join and we encourage our staff to further their development by studying for diploma levels in Health and Social Care. We strongly believe that investing in training for every member of staff translates to higher standards.
